Old Firehouse Art Center in Longmont, Colorado is accepting applications
for New Board Member nominations. As a Board Member, you will
be assisting & supporting a successful visual arts non-profit
organization that has been the visual art center serving the
St. Vrain Valley and Boulder County since 1986.

Volunteer & Intern Opportunities
gallery sitter
Works in the gallery greeting guests, answering the phone and providing
general information. Gallery sitters also assists in small projects
as they arise.
Our gallery hours are Tuesday Friday 11am -5 pm and Saturday
10 am -2 pm
volunteer coordinator
Acts as liaison between volunteers and staff, including review volunteer
applications, prepare and update the Volunteer Handbook, orient
new volunteers with basic gallery procedures, and work with volunteer
placement agencies in Boulder County.
artist reception coordinator
Do you like to throw parties? Then this is for you!
Assists in the production of our artist receptions.
administrative assistant
Assist the Executive Director in the general operations of the gallery,
including data entry, research, and coordination with other volunteers
and the Board of Directors. Must be organized, punctual, computer
literate and able to handle a variety of office tasks.
graphic designer
Assist the Executive Director in the design and production of programs,
invitations, and other printed matter. Portfolio review and interview
required.

Applications are accepted at all times, but assignment is made as
projects and needs arise. Volunteers have the opportunity to learn
marketable skills, contribute current skills, explore new areas
of interest, meet stimulating people, and enhance the Longmont arts
community.
