Celebrating Firehouse Artist Members through a juried group exhibition – featuring three artists exploring media and meaning right in our own backyard.

From the Juror: “I was honored to have been asked to jury the members show at the Firehouse Art Center in Longmont. When judging such an exhibition, many different criterion influence my final selection – Does it have a clear and compelling story? Does it make me want to learn more about the art and the artist? Does it engage with the art of our times or pertinent topics?

I applaud the artists who chose to subject their art to the verdict of others and encourage all art lovers and those wanting to expand their cultural horizons to go view the artwork in person to feel the full impact of the importance of art in our lives today.”

Artist members at the Firehouse are an integral part of our community: supporting events as volunteers, contributing to exhibitions, participating in pop-ups, and attending social artist gatherings, critiques, and workshops.
