I observe the world around me noticing colors and the play of light on those hues; they guide me to my next painting. Experimenting with how colors and light work together and creating compositions using color, form, and emotion does bring me great joy.
These are some of my small paintings I usually work large to immerse myself in the colors. During these uncertain times I am glad to have painting to fall back on. Any creative venture will take our minds away from all the tragic news happening in the world around us.
